Reblogged from The Mahaloness blog:
There are many layers to being human. Anger is one of those layers and to deny that anger exists is to deny a feeling. There is in fact plenty of anger in this world, it is all over, I have felt my share and I witness it on a daily basis. Anger is gasoline to an engine, when ignited it can drive pain and suffering all over this planet, and this is what we call aggression or violence in society.

unfold, curl, crunch, fade… studies to be made
How I feel always over rides how I look.
Sometimes they match each other.
It never phases me.
If I dress up I don’t feel comfortable with attention.
I prefer people to see me as I am.
Without the vice of appearance.
I feel lucky
for a shallow approach gains little
but a deeper perspective will triumph.
I love how even though I can’t see around the proverbial corner of life I have been pleasantly surprised by the steady flow of creative work. Today I received a communicae requesting new little birds and possibly a painting on an inside wall. Happy HAPPY Joy JOY!!!
My menial work seems far less menial when I have fun and creative jobs to counter balance that feeling I get sometimes with work schmerk…
I’m also trying to organise a painting session with a friend of mine on the Gold Coast. I’m really looking forward to learning some new skills from her. She is well wicked
Flexing fingers for there is fun to be had and things to make and do.

I received a surprise in the post today from one of my dearest friends who I miss sssoooooooo much. She made my day. The graphic novel is by a friend of her’s Tim Molloy and the pencils are a remake of ones made in the 1950′s ” The BIackwing” that comic artists would claim were their favourites. I’m so happy I have something new and slightly mental to entertain my random fluxing brain. I luurrrve you R xoxoxoxoxoxo Thank you
I am happy to share that I finally have uploaded new progress images of my current commission painting. <(click here) Working away each day is bringing results. Layers are deepening and the project is drawing to a close. Loose ends tying together. I can see the shore! Enjoy.
